Place was not crowded when we had lunch about an hour before their closing time on Wednesday. Had some ramen with Chashu, the noodles were pretty nice but the broth was just okay. Overall a decent japanese restaurant with great service from the older lady working there :)

Good place for Japanese food, with a few places for improvement. Firstly, the sashimi we ordered was a good portion for the price, and it tasted fresh. I feel it’s really worth to come down to have sashimi here. I had the soft shell crab handroll too which was really good. Soba was good too, good texture and portion. For the sushi, most of the aburi selection that we chose were really good, especially the salmon ones. For the regular nigiri sushi, I felt like the fish on the top of the sushi was too thin. Also, in general, the rice portion for the sushi was too much, making it feel not very balanced. Sometimes, less is more. Overall, I feel like this place is already quite good, but with some improvements, I’m sure it will be a great place to dine for Japanese cuisine in JB.

I came for the Merdeka promotion and, as expected, the restaurant was absolutely packed with no seating available. Even when I returned an hour later, it was still full, but luckily I managed to grab a seat. A middle-aged lady attended to me and she was very friendly and attentive, which made the wait worthwhile. Although I initially came for the 68 cents promo, I was genuinely amazed by the soba noodles — freshly made, served in steaming hot broth that was incredibly flavourful. Such a simple dish, yet so satisfying that I’d definitely come back for it. The Salmon Volcano Sushi and Salmon Sashimi were standard, while the Salmon Teriyaki was decent, though nothing extraordinary. Overall, a great experience with the soba noodles standing out as the highlight.

Read the wonderful reviews so we deliberately came to check this place out. Passed with flying colours! Food tasty and most importantly Ms Huiling was very polite and attentive even tho she was the only service staff on the floor! Family over ordered and finished everything! So full and satisfying! Will come again! Prices is slightly costly compared to usual.

Fresh salmon sashimi! Nice environment and good food! Teriyaki salmon is best for kids! Chicken karage is crispy and juicy! Already revisit many times! There are many variety of Japanese food for you to choose!
